NESHAP Ring Panel Filter
BoothFilterStore.com’s ring panel filters (RPF) are constructed of two layers of polyester material heat sealed around the entire perimeter of the filter and at various points on the face of the filter, to bond the wire frame inside the filter media. The graduated density media is treated with a non-migrating tackifier for optimum filter performance in airflow, efficiency and depth-loading.  The internal wire is made of heavy gauge steel to withstand high air velocity.  Media “overlap” around the perimeter of the filter creates a self-sealing gasket to eliminate air bypass.

The construction and design of the RPF filter is optimized for use as a stage-two prefilter in BoothFilterStore.com’s NESHAP 319 filter configuration.

Comparable to stage-two ring panel filters manufactured by Air Flow Technology (Series 625 Panel), A.J. Dralle (ME/PT Panel), ATI (OSM-100), Flanders (225T / 325T Panel) and Koch Filter (Maxi-Grid 300).
