  • Provides enhanced depth locating, thereby extending service life and lessening change-out frequency
  • Air intake side is a blend of multi-denier dry polyester fiber to capture larger particles
  • Air exiting side provides a layer of more dense high efficiency needled media to capture finer particles
  • Air exiting side also treated with a dry tackifier to hold paint damaging particles and prevent fiber break-off
  • Two-ply 100% 6/15 denier polyester construction

Three-Ply (SLL Tack) Prefilter Panel
  • Our highest performing prefilter panel, able to handle the most demanding of environments and yet still maintain a long service life to lower operating costs
  • First layer acts as a high-porosity impingement filter, second layer acts as a high density interceptor and third layer acts as a durable strainer to catch the smallest of particles and prevent particle unloading
  • Our “SLL” or “Super Long Lasting” tackifier, which is applied between the second and third layers, has been specially formulated for long-term adhesive stability and endurance
  • Three-ply 100% 15/40 denier polyester construction
